Winemaking Process:
The VOUVRAY BRUT and DEMI-SEC are crafted following the principles of the Traditional Method. The base wines undergo an initial alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle to create the bubbles. This is followed by three to four years of aging on lees. After riddling the bottles, disgorging marks the final step of the process.

2 to 3 years in the cellar.
