In the Vouvray region, we craft two types of wines: those made using the traditional method and still wines. Depending on the vintage and level of ripeness, the still wines can range from dry to off-dry, sweet, or even lusciously sweet in exceptional years.
Our average annual production is approximately 1,100 hectoliters.
